I started WholeLeader Consulting to empower leaders to reach their full potential and create meaningful, lasting impact in their schools, communities, and organizations.

Drawing from years of experience in P–12 education as an administrator, I provide practical, personalized leadership development that strengthens organizational systems and supports leader well-being.

My work centers on amplifying the voices of all members of the organizational ecosystem while fostering collective efficacy so teams can achieve more together.

My goal is to help leaders not just manage their organizations, but transform them into thriving, equitable environments where everyone can succeed.
